weekend time

 Can't tell you how much fun we had seeing our Walker Hayes in action!

 We stayed way too late and had way too much fun. The next morning came quite quickly! Mom and I threw (carefully packaged) all my work in her car and headed to the beautiful Pascagoula MS for a CRC show.

This house was beyond beautiful. The perfect place for my work. Mrs Bosio bought a CRC a while back and we spotted it in her gorgeous bathroom. How fun!

 As soon as I got into Fairhope on Friday, I met with Leslie Goldberg for a photo shoot. We had a great time and she is beyond talented. I really don't like doing things like that but she made me feel super comfortable in front of the camera. Completely recommend her. Images should be ready by Wednesday and you will be the first to see.

Thank you so much Bosio family. The show was wonderful!

I'm exhausted but ready to hit Monday head on... even though it is 11 and I am just getting my coffee!!

My little Abby Hart is getting hitched on December 17, 2011. whoop whoop!!

I adore her and her hubby to be and am super pumped to be part of the bridal party.

I have been telling her how I love the idea of brides wearing crimson/ruby/scarlet for the after rehearsal dinner during that time of year and found a fun article on thelane about the colors.

Abby is a blonde and this color would look fantastic on her. What do you guys think of a bride switching in the white for a stand out color for the after rehearsal?? I say, you go gurl!

This rainy week has me strrrrressed. All of the moisture in the air has not helped the drying out process of ceramic work. I have been praying for all of my little babies in the kiln firing right now ... that they are dry enough and won't blow up on me again. ( yes they do blow up if the piece is not completely dry!)

If everything comes out ok CRC has a big weekend planned! I am doing a fun photo shoot and then a Walker Hayes Concert on Friday. Saturday, CRC is headed to Pascagoula MS for a big show. Then... as soon as the show wraps up I am jumping in the car and heading back to Birmingham for a wedding shower. Super excited for Jessie and Baker and all of the Ole Missers heading my way!!

Why yes, there sure is a super star in my family.

His name is Walker Hayes and is my very own uncle.

Walker is the biggest goober I know. He has the most adorable 3 kids you done ever seen (with 1 more on the way) and Laney his wife takes the cake.

Walker is the newest member of Capitol Records and is taking the world by storm.

Walk, we could not be more proud.... and I personally can not wait to be so incredibly obnoxious at your show Friday night!!

p.s. at the end of his video the girl in the car is sweet Laney and that is really how their relationship is!! And... if you look closely, while they are talking, that is my grandfather and Lela (walker's little girl) doing jumping jacks! :) So dadgum cute.

Friday night, I am not going to share his kids with anyone... sorry I never get to see them.
